 1. Şeker küpü üretim sürecinde ek madde olarak sadece su (musluktan gelen normal içme suyu) kullanılabilir. Başka hiçbir ek madde kullanılamaz. 2. Paketleme aşamasında vakum cihazı kullanılır. Şeker küpleri bantla taşınarak makineden çıkar ve vakum cihazı kullanılarak güvenli ve el değmeden bir pakete aktarılır. Her alımda vakum cihazı gerekli miktarda şeker küpü paketleyebilir. Örneğin bir pakette üç sıra varsa, operatörün paketleri doldurması 3 kez sürer. Bu nedenle bir paketi doldurmak ve örtmek maksimum 5 saniye sürecektir. 3. İki işçi gereklidir. Biri şekeri paketlerken, diğeri paketleri kapatıp kutulara yerleştirmekle ve şeker tanelerini şeker makinesinin alt silosuna beslemekle görevli olacaktır. 4. Müşteri talebine bağlı olarak, belirli sayıda şeker küpü içerdiğinden paket boyutları belirlenir.

İNGİLİZCE AÇIKLAMA

1. In the process of sugar cube production only water (normal drink water from the tap) may be used as an additional substance. No other additional substance may be used. 2. Vacuum device is used in packaging stage. The sugar cubes come out from the machine in order carried by belt and the vacuum device is used to transfer it to a package safely and without being touched. With every take the vacuum device is able to package required pieces of sugar cubes. For example, if there are three rows in a packet, the operator takes 3 times to fill the packets. Thus it will take maximum 5 secs to fill and cover one package. 3. Two workers are required . While one is packaging the sugar , the other will be charged to close and place the packages to boxes, and feed the sugar grains to the lower silo of the sugar machine. 4. Depending on the customer request , the package dimensions is determined as it includes defined number of sugar cubes.
